Fishers of Men receives furniture donations from the public then gives it to people in need
As part of a response to homelessness and helping people in crisis situations, Fishers of Men receives donations of furniture from the public. In many instances we pick these items up from around Brisbane, using utes and trailers. This furniture is held until we receive a call from someone in need, then, as the Lord provides, items are bundled up and delivered to people in response to that need for free.
Recipients of services include: families, (including women and children escaping domestic violence), people escaping crisis and cycles of homelessness or addiction, and the general public in need.
